PELLET

Pellets are small cylinders of pressed wood, produced from sawdust and wood processing residues (shavings and sawdust), generally produced by sawmills and carpenters.
The binding capacity of lignin, contained in the wood, allows you to obtain a compact product without adding additives and chemical substances foreign to wood. You get it, Therefore, a high yield natural fuel.

Thanks to pressing the calorific value of the pellets, at the same volume, it is approximately double that of wood. The percentage of original hardwoods also has a minimal effect on the caloric yield.

Pellets are used as fuel for latest generation stoves, replacing wooden logs. This involves a series of ecological improvements, energy and management of the heating system compared to traditional stoves.

Among the environmental and economic advantages, it should be noted that the production of pellets is not strictly linked to the felling of entire trees: in fact they can be produced from numerous waste materials such as sawdust and carpentry waste, which in this way are revalued as a widely consumed fuel.

The energy consumption necessary for the production and distribution of pellets starting from dry wood remains is approximately 2,7% of the final energy, much lower than that required for methane or diesel (circa 10% e 12% respectively).

Here you can find pelletsBeech tree and fir and 100% fir in comfortable bags 15 kg. ALL CERTIFICATES IN PLUS A1

DIESEL

Diesel fuel is a mixture of hydrocarbons used as fuel for diesel engines, for heating or for the production of electricity, obtained from the distillation of crude oil.

Automotive diesel

Diesel fuel is mainly used to power compression-ignition internal combustion engines, called Diesel cycle engines, used for automotive purposes. In these engines the diesel is directly injected into the combustion chamber, brought to high pressure and temperature values by compression and presents spontaneous combustion in the presence of air. Automotive diesel must therefore have good combustion characteristics, in order to reduce the delay between the start of injection and the start of combustion. Combustion efficiency is expressed with an index called the cetane number: higher values correspond to better performance. The minimum cetane number required today in automotive diesel fuels is 51.
For reasons of safety and regularity of combustion it is important that it is free of light or heavy fractions, responsible for the formation of carbon deposits and incomplete combustion.
The density of automotive diesel is 850 kg/m³, its calorific value is around 40,9 MJ/kg (o 10200 kcal/kg).
The national specifications of automotive diesel are harmonized in Western Europe by the European reference specification EN 590, which was implemented in Italy as UNI EN 590. The characteristics of diesel fuel that have an environmental impact (for is. the sulfur content) have been defined by the European Union in Directive 2009/30/EC.

It is also used in diesel engines of power generators and uninterruptible power supplies.

Delivered in cans from 20 LITER (minimum 10 tanks) , ideal solution for those who have little space and no tank.

Diesel fuel for stationary combustion

Use for stationary combustion, i.e. to power a combustor integrated with a heating boiler or a steam generator, imposes less severe characteristics. Compared to automotive diesel, it has no limits on the cetane number (against the minimum value of 51 for automotive), admits a higher sulfur content (0,1% against 0,035%), it is higher boiling (has no limits on the T95, while automotive diesel has a maximum of 360°C).

It is also used in body shop ovens, industrial dryers, etc.

Delivered in cans from 20 LITER (minimum 10 tanks) , ideal solution for those who have little space and no tank.

LPG CYLINDERS

We have LPG cylinders from 3 – 5 – 10 – 13 – 15 – 25 kg and accessories such as: connecting pipes, regulators and wrenches.

The classic cylinder remains a valid solution for LPG distribution. Practice, handy, safe and easily transportable, even in inaccessible and difficult to access areas, the LPG cylinder offers you energy that is always available and ready for use, to cook your favorite dishes but not only, discover the uses and choose the cylinder best suited to your needs:

  • Camping use: kg bombole 3 – 5 – 10
  • Civil use (kitchen and heating): kg bombole 10-13-15
  • Industrial use: kg bombole 15 e 25 (available to order)

Liquefied Petroleum Gas, better known by the acronym GPL, it is a mixture of hydrocarbons, mainly propane and butane. It is extracted from Natural Gas for 53% and from oil refining for the remainder 47%.
LPG is an easily available fuel, with low environmental impact and high energy and heat yield. It is extremely flammable, but it is not toxic.
LPG is generally considered one of the cleanest energy sources, since it does not pollute the soil, water and aquifers. Thanks to a low sulfur content and complete combustion, with modest quantities of residues, contributes to reducing the environmental impact caused by pollution resulting from its combustion, promoting better air quality and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

PRESSED WOOD ANKLE BOTS

Pressed beech wood logs in boxes 20 kg.

This is an eco-friendly product, free of chemical additives, with high calorific value (4,9 kw per kg), which ensures greater hygiene, practicality and duration of combustion.
Packaged in cardboard boxes, it is suitable for use in the food sector and is particularly suitable for pizzeria ovens, stoves and fireplaces.
The pressed wood logs are characterized by excellent combustion and long life. This product comes from virgin wood sawdust subjected to high pressure, therefore it is composed of natural wood al 100%, without glues and chemical additives. The logs are held together exclusively by lignin, a natural substance contained in wood. It is the ideal fuel for domestic use, with a bass
humidity value which makes it an excellent substitute for wood.
Pressed wood logs produce little ash, which can be recycled as fertilizer for the vegetable garden or for the
garden.

SELECTED SAWING

Sawdust is the set of minute fragments produced by cutting with a saw. In modern jargon the term almost always refers to the residual wood chips generated by carpentry work, including sawdust, which is more properly called wood flour.

JOBS

Sawdust has numerous uses in the most disparate contexts including the construction of boards made from compressed sawdust called chipboards, use as an insulating material in both industry and agriculture, as an absorbent, as a floor cleaning material, as part of the pykrete that is composed for the 14% from sawdust and the remainder 86% from ice, as fuel, and many more.
Thanks to the high absorbent power of the fibres, wood flours are a particularly effective product for cleaning and drying oily materials, greases and glues for marble, tiles and surfaces in general. Furthermore, in manufacturing companies, they are excellent for drying sludge and industrial liquid residues, being easily disposable because they are completely natural.
The packaged shavings are the optimal solution for use as bedding for horses but also for small pets, guaranteeing a dry and clean shelter for our animals.
